• Form data is transmitted securely via TLS and sent directly to email via Resend API (not stored in application databases).
• No third-party data processors beyond Vercel (hosting), Aptabase (analytics), and Resend (email delivery).
3. Storage location
All data is processed and stored on infrastructure physically located in the European Union (Vercel EU regions, Aptabase EU cluster).

Facundo Cosimo – site owner
Vercel – hosting provider (processor)
Aptabase – analytics provider (processor)
Resend – email delivery provider (processor)
No data is sold or transferred outside the EU/EEA.
